Upgrade to latest version

• Please check our versions page to see which features we've added and which bugs have been fixed.

• Please note that this is only for license paying Dolphin clients. Please do not download this upgrade if you have not signed a license contract with us otherwise your system will stop working and we will not be able to assist you.

• Depending on which version you are upgrading from this upgrade may take a few hours to run. We recommend that you let it run overnight.
• We might have to modify customised reports or documents such as invoices, paper orders, worktickets etc. for you before they will work on the new system.
• Please make a backup before proceeding.

• Exit from all Dolphin applications on all workstations on your network.
• Click here to upgrade.
• To upgrade to Crystal 9 click here. This is for the Reports Module and any customised Crystal documents you might have.
• Windows installer. Install this if the above Crystal install complains that you do not have it.
• Dolphin Reports. Latest version of the Dolphin reports.

• The above will only work if this machine is a Dolphin workstation. If you have Dolphin installed on another machine then save the files above to a Dolphin machine and run it on that machine.
